Public Relations and Press Samples
Many of the items reviewed on PolishandPaws are purchased, however I do accept products for review from brands and brand representatives. Receipt of a product does not guarantee a favorable review. Reviews are done based on honest assessments of the products and content is not preapproved by brand representatives. All reviews are my own personal honest opinion, and may not reflect the opinion of others.
Posts are disclosed at the top of each post with an image stating if the products in the post were sent for review, or purchased myself. All reviews are 100% honest, receiving samples does not influence whether or not I like a product.
If you are interested in having a product reviewed on PolishandPaws please contact Tiffany at tiffany@polishandpaws.com. Please note my typical turn around time upon receipt of the product is 5-10 days, but I make every effort to work within deadlines as well.

Nothing to disclose. Usually in regards to nail art posts in which I am using my own purchased polish. If I am using a combination of purchased polish and press sample polish I will disclose in text at the top of the post which ones are press sample or purchased.
Comment Policy
Reader comments are welcome and encouraged! In an ongoing effort to maintain the integrity of the site, all comments are moderated. It’s done periodically throughout the day, but occasionally may take longer to appear. The purpose of this moderation is to eliminate all spam and ensure a pleasant environment for readers who wish to constructively and respectfully share their views. “Spam” includes comments that have the appearance of spam, or the appearance of promoting a website. The use of profanity or any threatening or abusive comments to the administrator of PolishandPaws or other readers is not welcome; and any comments containing what we deem as such will not be approved.
Polish and Paws is involved in a blogger comment exchange group. The purpose of these groups is to foster supportive relationships between bloggers.

All material on PolishandPaws retains its full copyright. Use of material, either in full, part, or derivative form, without express permission is prohibited. All material, whether found directly on PolishandPaws or taken from an RSS feed is licensed for personal use only. Republication without express permission may result in billing for use of the material, formal notification of the violation to hosts and advertisers under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Privacy Policy
At PolishandPaws we take privacy very seriously. The purpose of this privacy policy is to explain how any information you submit will be used by PolishandPaws.
You may be asked to enter your email address when leaving a comment. The purpose of this is to reduce spam. If you enter a giveaway, your email address is used to contact you to obtain your mailing information in order to fulfill your prize. Sometimes your personal shipping information is shared with the brands who often ship the prizes directly from their location. You will always be notified in advance if this is the case and will have the option to decline to provide your mailing address and forfeit the prize. Please understand that any information that is disclosed or voluntarily submitted by you in the comments area becomes public information and any third-party conduct is out of our control. Please exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information. Our site also contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.
If you subscribe to PolishandPaws by email, your email address will also be recorded by the RSS service, you always have the option of unsubscribing from the service at any time through the “Unsubscribe” feature in the newsletters.
We will not disclose any personal information about you without your prior consent, with exception to comply with any legal requirements of any governmental authority or to protect the property of PolishandPaws.
Like many other websites, PolishandPaws makes use of log files.
