Inspiration and Paw Prints

When I first checked facebook this morning I saw a manicure I absolutely loved. I had seen it before, but had decided I could not create the same look so never tried. Until today. Today I decided to go for it. Below is my inspiration…

So you’ve seen my inspiration, I do not know who did the original manicure so I’ve simply embedded it from the facebook post. If any of you know the artist for this look please let me know so I can give appropriate credit.

Now for my take on it. For this look I used Orly Mirror Mirror as my grey base coat, and Kleancolor Pastel Pink for my accent nail. The pawprints were created using a dotting tool with Zoya Raven. And finally the white bone was creating using dotting tools and a very fine nail art brush, with Zoya Snow white.

Overall I’m pretty happy with it and glad I finally gave it a go. What do you think? Oh, and this post is dedicated to my menagerie of 4 legged children, who keep me going each and every day. Life would be so boring without them. xo
