Today I have Zoya Muse for you. This is a part of their Summer 2014 Bubbly Collection. The Bubbly collection is quite different than anything Zoya has done before, but it certainly stood true to the rule – Zoya just doesn’t disappoint. This might be my favorite from this particular collection, and for a person that usually isn’t a fan of blue that is saying a lot.
The formula on this was smooth and easy to work with. This swatch is 3 coats and you will probably need the 3 coats for full opacity, I found it to still be a little thin at 2 coats. I used Seche Vite topcoat on this one, just to help give it a smoother look.
