China Glaze Cheers Collection ~ Holiday 2015

Hello all! Hope you are getting ready for the holidays as they are coming! To help get you in the spirit I have the China Glaze Cheers! Collection to show you today. Let’s take a look!

China Glaze Son of a Nutcracker
Son of a Nutcracker is a coral leaning red shimmer polish. My swatch is 2 coats plus OTD top coat.

China Glaze Better Not Pout
Better Not Pout is a darkened magenta pink shimmer polish. My swatch is 2 coats plus OTD top coat.

China Glaze Don’t Get Elfed Up
Don’t Get Elfed Up is a deep teal blue shimmer polish with bright teal microshimmer within, giving it a ‘glowing’ effect. My swatch is 2 coats plus OTD top coat.

China Glaze Coal Hands, Warm Heart
Coal Hands, Warm Heart is a black creme polish with various colored glitters and iredescent glitters throughout. My swatch is 2 coats plus Seche Vite top coat.

China Glaze Brand Sparkin’ New Year
Brand Sparkin’ New Year is a sheer purple base filled with various colored glitters and iredescent glitters. My swatch is 2 coats plus Seche Vite top coat.

China Glaze Bring on The Bubbly
Bring on The Bubbly is a gold glitter bomb topper with a nice variety of gold glitter and iridescent glitters throughout. Shown here is 2 coats over Wine Down for What? The glitter density on this is great, very nice coverage in just a single coat. Topped with Seche Vite top coat for a smooth glass like finish.

China Glaze Peppermint To Be
Peppermint To Be is a classic Christmas red shimmer polish with gold micro shimmer giving it a ‘glowing’ effect. My swatch is 2 coats with OTD top coat.

China Glaze Mix and Mingle
Mix and Mingle is the perfect shade of purple. Not too blue, not too pink, not too dark or too light; this is quite possibly my new favorite purple creme. My swatch is 2 coats with OTD top coat.

China Glaze Break the Ice
Break the Ice is a clear base loaded with iridescent silver flakes and shards. It really does look like bits of ice on the nail. My swatch is one coat over Don’t Get Elfed Up. Finished off with OTD top coat.

China Glaze Wine Down for What?
Wine Down for What? is a deep oxblood red creme. Fantastically smooth easy formula. This is two coats with OTD top coat.

China Glaze I Soiree I Didn’t Do It
I Soiree I Didn’t Do It is a teal microglitter jelly. One of my favorites for sure! This is 3 coats for full coverage, with OTD top coat.

China Glaze Ugly Sweater Party
Ugly Sweater Party is a pink jelly loaded with pink, blue, and holographic glitters. If you love pink blingy polish then this is for you! 3 coats with OTD top coat.

My Thoughts: I like that this collection has something for everyone, and like China Glaze often does it has some non traditional colors. We see so many reds and greens this time of year to see some pink, purple, and even teal is a nice change of pace. I had no problems with formula on any of these and they all dried in average time. The glitter heavy ones do dry with a slight texture so if you want a smooth glass like finish just top off with one or two coats of a nice high quality top coat.
My personal picks from this collection are Son of a Nutcracker, Better Not Pout, Brand Sparkin’ New Year, Mix and Mingle, and I Soiree I Didn’t Do It. Which of these will you be adding to your collection?
