Turtle Tootsie Polishes Carnival Craze
Carnival Craze is a black holo base polish with pink and aqua shimmer along with gold flakies. This is no ordinary black polish. Every aspect, from the holo to the shimmer to the flakies, really come alive in this polish! I’m wearing 3 thin coats plus glossy top coat.

Electric Cotton Candy is a bright blue/purple holo with pink fantasy flakies and an aqua shimmer. This polish is so gorgeous and you can really see the flakies and shimmer! This is 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
My Thoughts: I have not been able to feature Turtle Tootsie on my blog as much as I’d like to. Her polishes are beautiful, fun, and unique with a spot on formula to match. What I liked the most about these is that you can really see all the different aspects of the polish. None are hidden or over shadowed by anything else.
