Mondays. It’s funny that Mondays are literally no different than any other day for me and haven’t been for many years, but we’re so conditioned to dread Mondays that I still do! Just like I look forward to Fridays. I don’t know how I got off on that little tangent. But anyway let’s check out the latest LynB Designs collection, the Bright Side Collection. Maybe I can start looking for the bright side of Mondays.

The Bright Side Collection is inspired by Always Look on the Bright Side of Life by Monty Python. Have you ever heard this song? I have not, or at least I didn’t remember, so I looked it up. Super cute, with one of those catchy tunes you’ll be humming for days. Take a listen!
LynB Designs Don’t be Silly Chumps
Don’t be Silly Chumps is described as a medium cool toned purple crelly base with shimmer that shifts from blue to gold to green. This is such a pretty polish, I just love the shimmer! Easy smooth application. I’m wearing 3 coats with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs You’ll see it’s all a Show
You’ll See it’s all a Show is described as a super sparkly pink crelly with pink galaxy holo and berry galaxy holo. I really forget how much I love pink. And glitter. Pink and Glitter gives me life. I’m wearing 2 coats for my swatches, so if you like more opacity then 3 should do it. Sealed with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Death’s the Final Word
Death’s the Final Word is described as a tan creme base with glow and shimmer that shifts from pink to silver to green. The formula on this was a bit thicker than I prefer and it didn’t really want to self level. I was still able to get a good finish, but at 3 coats you probably want to skip this one if opacity is important to you. It pulls quite yellow on my skin tone, unfortunately.
LynB Designs Life’s a Piece of S**t
Life’s a Piece of S**t is described as a red toned brown crelly base with intense linear holo. This beautiful brown was also a little thicker than I’m accustomed to, but I was still able to get clean even coverage. For my swatches I used 2 coats with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Don’t Grumble, Give a Whistle
Don’t Grumble, Give a Whistle is described as a thistle colored crelly with holo shimmer and gunmetal flakies. This is definitely another favorite for sure. Just look at those little flakes! Smooth formula, applied effortessly and reached full opacity in 3 coats. Sealed with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Give the Audience a Grin
Give the Audience a Grin is described as a red orange jelly base with linear holo and red gold glass fleck. Gahhh I love orange polish! This one is nothing short of stunning! Flawless formula. For my swatches I used 2 coats with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Other Things Just Make you Sweat and Curse
Other Things Just Make you Sweat and Curse is described as a bright red jelly base with linear holo and pinky red shimmer. More pink and glitter; which you just can’t go wrong with. For my swatches I used 2 coats, but I still have some slight VNL so you might be happier with 3 coats. Sealed with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs What’ve you Lost? Nothing
What’ve you Lost? Nothing is described as a pale grey creme base with golden shimmer and small golden flakes. This is such a pretty unique color. It was surprisingly opaque, I used 2 coats and have some slight VNL so if you are one that prefers full opacity 3 coats should do great. Sealed with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Life’s a Laugh and Death’s a Joke it’s True
Life’s a Laugh and Death’s a Joke it’s True is described as a deep brown jelly bass with gold and bronze flakies. This one really says Autumn to me, so its hard to get real excited about it now. I can definitely see using it in some autumn nail art. Fir my swatches I used 3 coats with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Laugh and Smile and Dance and Sing
Laugh and Smile and Dance and Sing is described as a periwinkle blue crelly with purple glow and shimmer. Ahhh this color gives me life! The formula was easy and applied like a dream. The shimmer doesn’t come out much on my pics, but it’s definitely there! This is 3 coats with glossy top coat.
LynB Designs Some Things in Life are Bad
Some Things in Life are Bad is described as a deep green crelly with contrasting purple shimmer and silver galaxy holo. Another beauty here! Formula was easy to work with, no application problems. For my swatches I used 3 coats with glossy top coat.
I found so many favorites in this collection. For me the must haves would be Laugh and Smile and Dance and Sing, Other Things Just make you Sweat and Curse, Give the Audience a Grin, Don’t Grumble, Give a Whistle, You’ll See it’s a a Show, and Don’t be Silly Chumps.
