If you are new to the Polish Pickup let me tell you a bit more about it. The polish pickup is a great solution to the issue of polish boxes where you only want 2-3 of the polishes but you have to buy all 5+ anyway. It is designed around one centralized theme for each month and consists of well over 60 brands who all create their own custom polishes around that theme. Then you get to put together your own “box” by choosing just the polishes you want! It’s a great way to try new brands too. There is no minimum so you can buy as few or as many as you’d like. Some months I buy just a single polish and other months I buy 12, and it’s just a low $3 shipping either way!
Your Cow Plant or Mine? is described as a creamy green base with magenta to purple to gold shifting shimmer, scattered holo micro shreds, and a ton of purple to blue to red and blue to green to gold shifting UCC flakies. It applied beautifully and smoothly in 3 thin coats and dry time was above average.
Jenna’s inspiration for this polish comes from the infamous Cow Plant in the Sims games.
The Cow Plant is a bizarre, partly bovine form of vegetation that is large enough to swallow a Sim whole. The Cowplant first appeared as the career reward for the Natural Science career in The Sims 2: University. A similar plant, simply called the “mutant plant”, appeared in The Sims Bustin’ Out for console. On December 22, 2011, the Cowplant was made available from The Sims 3 Store, as premium content. The Cowplant also returns in The Sims 4, where it becomes a plant that must be grown. And, you guessed it, the plant must be milked! 🙂🐄
I am so in love with this polish! It easily ranks right up there with Biz-Myth-Icorn as one of my favorite LynB polishes. You definitely need to add this beauty to your wishlist!
Your Cow Plant or Mine? will only be available through The Polish Pickup Friday, June 1st at 11am EST through Monday, June 4th at 11:59pm EST. The polish will retail for $12.00 and there is no cap.
