We are in the final week leading up to the August Polish Pickup, and you can feel the excitement in the virtual air! Since last month the PPU ladies took some time off everyone is excited to see what August brings us. The theme for August is Musicals, and I will be the first to admit that I’ve never been a fan of musicals. I am a fan of beautiful polish though and that is exactly what these talented ladies make month after month regardless of their inspiration.

I don’t have to be a fan of musicals though to know that Grease is a true classic. I’ve never seen it, but I’ve heard lots about it, and I know its a popular inspiration for many makers PPU or not. Ready to take a look at this beauty?

Burnin’ Up the Quarter Mile is described as a grey linear holo w red copper shimmer and silver flakies. This is such a lovely pop for a neutral shade. The red copper shimmer just glows and the silver flakes perfectly capture and reflect the light. It has a flawless formula and reached opacity in 3 thin coats, although I suspect 2 coats will be enough for shorter nails. Sealed with glossy top coat.

Burnin’ Up the Quarter Mile will only be available through The Polish Pickup Friday, August 3rd at 11am EST through Monday, August 6th at 11:59pm EST. The polish will retail for $12.00 and it will be capped at 80 bottles.
