The Digit-al Dozen does Books: Where the Wild Things Are

Well another Digital Dozen week is coming to an end. I know some of us struggled with this theme, but we all really rallied and made it another great week of nail art! Todays mani was fun because it’s one that used a lot of different polish and plates. Planning these out is a lot like working a puzzle, finding all the best images and the right polish colors and figuring out how they go together to create the final look. Let’s go ahead and jump into todays mani.

Where the Wild Things Are by Maurice Sendak

Where the Wild Things Are is one of my favorite childrens books. I remember my parents reading it to me many times, and it has stuck with me throughout my life. Some of these simple little books offer many valuable life lessons. Now let’s take a look at todays mani.

Such a classic book. I had to have a few copies in my class library since it was so popular. I love that you didn’t take the easy way out with these and did 4 unique nails.

  • I still love this book, and your mani is so creative. My favorite nail is the one with the sailboat. It looks a lot like a lithograph I bought in the fall. So well done!

  • Kristi Vasquez

One of my favorite books! I love this book but love your mani even more.

  • I never read this book as a kid so I definitely feel like I missed out. But your manicure is on point as always!
