Have any of you seen the Amazon Series The Marvelous Mrs Maisel? I have been meaning to watch it but I haven’t started it yet, I’m really quite behind. Polish collections inspired by movies or series always make me want to watch the inspiration if I haven’t seen it so I will definitely be starting it soon now. Never more than 3 feet from a Lipstick is described as a deep teal base with pink to gold to violet shifting shimmer, red to copper to gold shifting UCC flakies and tiny rose to gold shifting flakies. This had a flawless formula. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

Sounds like a Job for Pineapple Socks is described as a yellow crelly base with intense magic holo flakies and green to gold to blue shifting UCC flakes. What a fabulous flakie yellow! I think I’m finally starting to really like yellow polish. Flawless formula. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

LynB Designs Unicorn at the Automat

Unicorn at the Automat is described as a pale blue base with intense blue to green to gold shift, orange to pink to gold shifting flakies, and micro holo shreds. The shifting shimmer really stands out in this! I love holo shreds, they are so unique. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

LynB Designs Tits Up
LynB Designs Tits Up

Tits Up is described as a grey to lavender thermal with copper shimmer, rainbow shifting flakies, and holo micro flakies. Even though it’s described as a grey to lavendar thermal, what I see is a taupe to soft pink thermal. I love it either way, and probably actually prefer these colors, its quite different than thermals colors you usually see. My swatches are 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

Mauvelous Midge is described as a medium mauvey magenta base with green to blue to cyan shifting UCC flakies and red to violet to blue shifting shimmer. I love this color so much! Flawless formula. Shown here in 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

LynB Designs I’ve Got a Tight 10

I’ve got a Tight 10 is described as a aqua crelly base with linear holo shimmer and red to violet to blue shifting flakies. These flakes really pop against the holo aqua base. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

What are your favorites from this collection? I really struggled to pick out favorites because I truly love the full collection, but if I absolutely *had* to choose Tits Up, Mauvelous Midge, and I’ve Got a Tight 10. 

The Mrs Maisel Collection will be available Friday, April 12th at 12 Noon EST. The full collection will retail for $60. If there is a 50% off code I’m not clued in to what it is, but definitely check the fan page before purchasing just in case.
