St Elmo’s Fire is described as a color shifting topper with blue to purple UP sibling pigment, blue-purple iridescent glitter, translucent micro flakes that shine blue and purple, and touches of blue-purple shifting pigment, and silver sparkle. I applied this in one coat over black. No formula issues at all. My swatches show one coat over black then sealed with glossy top coat.

St Elmo’s Fire will only be available through The Polish Pickup Friday, June 7th at 11am EST through Monday, June 10th at 11:59pm EST. It will retail for $15 and have a cap of 230 on the US site, and 20 on the UK site.
