Press Sample and Purchased by me
Today I have 4 holiday polishes to show you by a new indie brand Bellaluna. I always love trying new indie brands, and with this one I do believe we have a winner.
Peppermint Stick (Press Sample)
Peppermint Stick is a white crelly base filled with small red glitter and green microglitter. For this swatch I used 2 coats over a white base. Due to the glitter this one dries to a very slight texture. But one coat of Seche Vite and it was smooth and shiny! This is definitely a favorite out of these.
Santa Baby (Press Sample)
Santa Baby is a gorgeous red jelly with subtle shimmers and glitter. I really think its the perfect mix, as most reds seem to either be straight red or glitter bomb red. This applied smooth and easy with opacity in 2 coats. Topcoat OTD.
Cinnamaspice (Purchased by me)
Cinnamaspice is a medium neutral brown full of gold and brown glitter and tons of shimmer. Opacity in 2 easy coats, and wow does it shine! Unfortunately pictures can’t capture it’s true beauty, so you might just have to trust me on this one. One coat OTD topcoat.
Holiday Glimmer (Purchased by me)
Holiday Glimmer is a pale pink crelly base packed full of holographic shimmer. The sparkle on this one is wild! Shimmer and sparkle at every angle. The base on this is pale enough that I think it could be layered over your favorite pink creme to transform the look. Lots of possibilities! This is 3 coats with OTD topcoat.
Overall I was very pleased with all of these polishes. One thing to note, they come with hanging tags with the name of the polish, if you’re like me you may likely lose those quickly. I took my handy dandy label maker to label the back of the bottles. It drives me crazy when I don’t have the name of one of my pretties. My favorites in this collection would have to be Peppermint Sticks and Cinnamaspice. Which are your favorites?
These and many other pretties can be purchased in her etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BellalunaCosmetics
Until next time!
