Paint Shop Polish ~ Saint Patrick’s Day Limited Edition Release

Press Sample

Good Morning! Today I have the Limited Edition Saint Patrick’s Day collection from Paint Shop Polish. I love Saint Patrick’s Day so I was thrilled to get to swatch and review these.

This collection consists of four polishes; Lucky Leprechaun, Erin go Bragh, Luck O’ the Mouse, and You won’t need a Pot of Gold to get sloppy.

Lucky Leprechaun
Lucky Leprechaun is a semi sheer emerald green base filled with various sizes and shapes of holographic green glitter. This can be worn as a glitter topper or on its own with 2-3 thick coats. The swatch below shows 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat.

Erin go Bragh (Meaning Ireland Forever)
Erin go Bragh is a super fun glitter topper consisting of a variety of hex, square, and mini bar glitter in copper, white, and green; as well as black and green clovers. I tried this over a whole variety of colors but in the end decided to go with a terracota toned brown to really bring out the copper glitters which I think is what makes this one so unique. I did have to fish for the clovers but that’s to be expected with larger glitters like this. The swatch below is 1 coat and 1 dabbed coat over a base of Zoya Flowie. Topped with Seche Vite.

Luck O’ the Mouse
Luck O’ the Mouse is another fun glitter topper, again with a little something extra from your typical garden variety Saint Patrick’s Day glitters. Gold mouse glitters!! Yes that’s right, in addition to green clovers and a wide variety of holographic green and gold glitters there are plenty of fun little mouse glitters. The swatches below are 1 coat plus 1 dabbed coat over a black base plus Seche Vite topcoat.

You won’t need a Pot of Gold to get Sloppy
You won’t need a Pot of Gold to get Sloppy is a semi-sheer gold base packed with various gold holographic glitters and gold flakes. Much like its polish cousin, Lucky Leprechaun, this could be worn as a glitter topper or on it’s own with 2-3 coats. The swatches below are 3 coats with Seche Vite topcoat.

So what do you think of these beauties from Paint Shop Polish? I really like that they are unique and out of the box. I really like ‘You won’t need a Pot of Gold…’ which surprised me a little as I’m not typically a fan of gold polish, but it’s so sparkly and shimmery and fun! These can all be found in the Paint Shop Polish Etsy shop, linked below. Full size 15ml retails for $10 and the mini 5ml retails for $5.50.
