MDJ Creations Precious Metals Collection

Have I ever mentioned how much I love MDJ Creations? Haha Only a few times right. Well in case you are a new reader, (and Welcome by the way!) MDJ Creations is one of my top 5 favorite indie brands, and after this collection I’m pretty sure they just hit #3. The moment I saw this collection I knew I had to not only have it, but to share it with you too! So what are we waiting for?? Oh me, okay! Here we go…

This collection consists of 3 polishes; Cultivated, Unearthed, and Refined. And I have one extra to show you at the end.

Cultivated
Cultivated is a sheer white crelly base filled with various shapes and sizes of earth tone glitters. This is the polish that really grabbed my eye. It’s gorgeous in so many ways. My swatches are 3 coats with Seche Vite top coat.

I’m a little obsessive with the photos, but it just can’t be helped!

Refinded
Refined is an earth toned glitter bomb in a clear base. There is a beautiful scattered holo finish as well. No shortage of glitters here, and no fishing for glitters either. For this look I layered one coat of glitter between 2 coats an off white sheer polish. Then another layer of glitter on top. Finished off with Seche Vite top coat.

Unearthed
Unearthed is a black crelly loaded with earth tone glitters and a scattered holographic finish. Again, no shortage of glitter here! My swatches are 3 coats with Seche Vite top coat.

Lumina
The one that isn’t part of this collection, Lumina, is a nude holographic polish with subtle flashes of duo chromatic shifts and micro holographic glitters. Unfortunately the day I swatched this it was raining cats and dogs so no outdoor photos were possible to really show the color shifts. It is gorgeous either way though, and its unlike any nude holo I own.

Purchase and Follow:

To be honest I’m not sure I could pick a favorite from these. I love them all. I will probably wear Unearthed less, but simply because I tend to not wear black polishes very often. Can you pick a favorite? Let me know in the comments below!

Until next time, stay polished!
