Nail Art ~ Lady Queen Neon Nail Stickers

Today I have some more nail art looks to show you using nail art accessories from Lady Queen. When I picked these out I thought they were water decals, but upon receiving them I realized they were far different. So let’s see how these nail stickers/wraps worked out for me.

The first thing I noticed is that these were advertised to be full nail decals, but they were not wide enough for my nails. Considering I have quite small narrow nails I think this could be an issue for many. I decided to give them a try for full nail coverage even if it meant having a small gap on the side. I quickly realized though that in order to use them that way you would have to cut them very precisely to fit your nails, as any excess cannot be removed easily with a brush and acetone. In fact it took a good 5 – 10 minutes of scrubbing with acetone and a cotton ball to get all the sticky residue off my nails.

I decided that using them across my nail over a matching polish was the best option. I went with Orly Thrill Seeker and Zoya Layla for my polish. After totally dry I  cut 2 pieces the width of my nails.

So while I was less than thrilled with the application of these, and I found them difficult to work with, I did love the color combination. I would not have thought to use just neon green and pink in a mani but I definitely will be using this combination more in the future.
