Nail Hoot Birthstone Polishes ~ October, November, December

Hi ladies! A few months ago I got the pleasure of reviewing Nail Hoot’s Birthstone polishes (for July, August, and September) and they absolutely blew me away. So obviously I was excited to review the next 3 in the series. Let’s jump right in!

Nail Hoot Birthstone Polishes

Nail Hoot October Opal

Nail Hoot October Opal

October Opal
is best described as a soft blue green with subtle holo and irridescent flakies throughout. It beautifully represents the blue opal. I really love that she went with the blue opal rather than the transluscent white, which is what we usually see in October birthstone polishes.

My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.

Nail Hoot November Topaz

Nail Hoot November Topaz

November Topaz
is best described as a coppery gold brown holo. I love this shade! Not only does it beautifully represent the Topaz stone, but is perfect for this time of year!

My swatches show 2 coats with glossy top coat.

Nail Hoot December Turquoise

Nail Hoot December Turquoise
December Turquoise
is best described as a soft turquoise holo. Nothing fancy here but it doesn’t need to be. It’s classy just as it is. Who is a December baby? My father (a december baby) taught me to feel bad for December babies. For real! Do you feel bad for December babies? Maybe you should buy this polish for them!

My swatches are 2 thin coats, and it could almost use a 3rd here. But without the camera lense that picks up *everything* two should be enough.

My Thoughts: I really enjoyed each of these. I had no formula issues at all and they dried very quickly, making 3 coats very easy if necessary. I love how Brandie continues to improve her polishes every time I try them.

The birthstone polishes are available now. They run $24.50 for this set of 3, or $9 individually.

That topaz is absolutely stunning on you!

  • Jen Sky Walker

Love the topaz! The turquoise seems more like an aquamarine to me and too muted for the stone, tbh.

  • Ehmkay Nails

The topaz is really pretty. I feel like the blues might be too similar though. Both are very icy
