SpaRitual Gold Rise Holiday 2016 Collection

Hi my friends! I showed you all a few SpaRitual shades the other day, check that out here. Today I’m excited to show you the SpaRitual Gold Holiday 2016 Collection.

SpaRitual Rise Holiday 2016 Collection

First let’s talk a little about what the Gold Flexible Color line is. The Gold line is a 2-step system that includes 1) the Gold Flexible Color, and 2) the Gold Flexible Top Coat. This is essentially the ‘hybrid-gel’ that so many brands have started coming out with.

The claims for this system, as layed out on SpaRitual’s website:

  • When used together they create a long lasting manicure (up to double the wear time)
  • Easy application and removal process.
  • Smudge repairing technology self-levels and self-corrects
  • Leaves a high shine finish

SpaRitual Gold Rising Spirit

SpaRitual Gold Rising Spirit
Rising Spirit is described as a light bronze/gold shimmer polish. For these swatches I used 2 coats with SpaRitual Gold Flexible Top Coat.

SpaRitual Gold Unite

SpaRitual Gold Unite
Unite is described as a gorgeous classic holiday red. Again I found the formula on this to be slightly more along the jelly line, but it applied beautifully. For these swatches I used 3 coats with SpaRitual Gold Flexible Top Coat.

SpaRitual Gold Take a Stand

SpaRitual Gold Take a Stand
Take a Stand is described as a deep saturated forest green. I love this color, and just look at that amazing shine! For these swatches I used 2 coats with SpaRitual Gold Flexible Top Coat.

SpaRitual Gold Come Together

SpaRitual Gold Come Together
Come Together is described as a cranberry red creme. While this applied as smoothly as the others I found myself wishing it was more saturated. It almost has a washed out feel to me. It’s possible that’s simply because it doesn’t match the bottle color though. For these swatches I used 3 coats with SpaRitual Gold Flexible Top Coat.

I found all of these to be exceptionally easy to apply, and I LOVE the top coat. It makes everything so shiny and beautiful! I was even finding myself applying it over my tried and true top coats like HK Girl and Seche Vite. I can’t speak to how long lasting these are, because let’s face it I’m doing good if I get to wear the same mani longer than 2 days! But I was definitely impressed with the flawless formulas and the amazing top coat. Highly recommend!

The other thing that really resonated with me is the theme of this collection. After a particularly rough and bitterly divided 2016, a small thing like the theme with the Rise Collection; ‘Come Together’, ‘Take a Stand’, ‘Rising Spirit’ and ‘Unite’ can definitely bring a smile to ones face and some hope in their heart.

All SpaRitual polish is 5 free, crueltry-free, and vegan.
