LynB Designs Stay Golden Collection Swatches and Review

Hi friends! A couple weeks ago I found out that my husband really likes Bob Ross, the old painting show from the 70’s and 80’s. I was quite surprised but a friend said to me.. “I thought everyone liked Bob Ross. He’s like the Mr Rogers of painting.” She made a good point, I have since started turning on some Bob Ross to help me go to sleep at night. He has one of those calming voices. Well, another a long those same lines is The Golden Girls. Now granted Mister Rogers and Bob Ross are real people. Whereas Dorothy, Rose, Blanche and Sophia are characters they still have offer a good lesson on most shows that are still relevant to today. I remember an episode where Dorothy is experiencing chronic pain and fatigue and can’t get any help because doctors can’t find anything wrong. So many women today, myself included, who experience chronic pain are told that it’s just in our heads or we’re being dramatic. Fortunately it’s better today than it was 30 years ago, but it’s still an important issue and can you imagine how many women that helped at the time? So yeah I think The Golden Girls can be added to that list, and Betty White has certainly proven to be an amazing person in herself.
