Calling all Whovians!! Okay so you don’t have to be a whovian to love this polish, but it definitely adds to its coolness factor. Don’t know what a whovian is? You will, but first.. this polish! 🙂
This is Nail Pattern Boldness Bigger on the Inside from the Time Traveler Collection (hint #1). This is a gorgeous deep bright blue jelly with silver and lighter blue micro glitters. This polish is so packed with microglitters that it dries to a semi texture finish, but can easily be smoothed out with a nice thick layer of topcoat, I used Seche Vite. If you want a super smooth glass finish a coat of Nail Pattern Boldness Glitter Food will do the trick.
