Square Hue Subscription Box ~ Swatch and Review

Square Hue Subscription Box ~ April 2015

I have been getting a Square Hue sub box on and off for almost a year and have yet to review one so I thought it was about time. I have subscribed to most nail polish sub boxes at one time or another, and I tire of most of them fairly quickly. For me Square Hue has lasted the longest and the only one I subscribed to a second time around after taking my short hiatus.

Here is what Square Hue has to say about their subscription box…

And on to the swatches…

Boardgame 4.15
Boardgame is a bright almost neon dark orange. Much brighter than it actually shows in the picture. This would be gorgeous with a peach stamped over it.

Tommorrowland 4.15
Tommorrowland is a violet purple high gloss creme with an easy smooth formula. This is probably my favorite this month.

WPA 4.15
WPA is a minty green high gloss creme polish. I really didn’t care for this color when I first put it on, but it has grown on me. As usual, the formula is nice and smooth.

In general I find the formula on Square Hue to be nice and smooth and easy to work with. They are a little thinner than some polish, but not overly thin. While some of the colors don’t feel particularly unique, overall I still find it to be quite a good value among sub boxes.

The one thing I haven’t mentioned, and quite possibly the most important thing, is that SquareHue gives a portion of all monthly subscriptions to organizations dedicated to helping others. Their current focus is human trafficking. Find out more here ~ http://www.squarehue.com/huegive/
