Blush Lacquers After Hours
After Hours is described as a plum base with a golden-green shimmer, holo flakies and gold-orange-pink-green shifting iridescent flakies. Formula was nice and smooth. I found that very light strokes did best with these. If I used much pressure on my brushstrokes I was getting some thin spots. My swatches show 3 coats with glossy top coat.
Le Petit Macaron is described as a French blue base with a bright aqua to purple shimmer, holo flakies and pink-green-gold shifting iridescent flakies. Such a beautiful shade with so many shifting flakes. A favorite for sure. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Gilded Fawn is described as a golden taupe base with a golden-green shimmer, holo flakies and green-orange shifting iridescent flakies. Ahhh that golden-green shift. Beautiful. Can this one be a favorite too? Please? 🙂
Bonne Chance is described as a navy base with a bright aqua shimmer, holo flakies and purple-pink-orange shifting iridescent flakies. Another favorite! My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Escargot, Non? is described as a brown-toned eggplant base with a bronze to green shifting shimmer, holo flakies and blue-green-gold shifting iridescent flakies. Holy shifty flakie holo beauty!! Incredible. Probably my top favorite. Has every single one been a favorite so far? My swatches show 2 coats with glossy top coat.
Rose Gold Garden is described as a golden olive base with a rosy pink shimmer, holo flakies and gold-green-orange-pink shifting iridescent flakies. I love the color shifts on this one. It’s so unique! My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Raspberry Sorbet is described as a raspberry pink base with a golden shimmer, holo flakies and pink-blue-purple shifting iridescent flakies. The purple flakes in this one are my weakness. A beautiful combination. My swatches show 3 thin coats with glossy top coat.
Whew! A truly stunning collection. I lost track of how many I said were favorites, so let’s just say it’s a favorite collection! The formula was quite consistent across the full collection, perfect consistency that applies smoothly and easily. I did find though that these do best with very light brush strokes.
The Summer Soiree Collection is releasing Friday, June 9th at 7pm EST.
